Ordering

We strongly believe in the great performance of our ProSport wireless earphones. That's why we offer a hassle-free 30 day returns period, where if you're not satisfied you can return them to our UK warehouse.

We are 99.99% sure that our ProSport earphones will perfectly fit your ears. The reason is two fold. Firstly, they utilise soft-touch ear tips that come in three sizes, which cover all ear shapes. Secondly, they use an adjustable ear hook, that can be adjusted for all ear sizes, aiding the earphones to never fall out of your ears, ensuring you have a comfortable fit.

Returns

Yes, if there is an issue with the order you receive, please reply to your order confirmation email so we can directly handle your case. We accept returns only within the first 30 days of your order. All returns are handled within the UK.

Yes, we provide a 1 year technical warranty on the ProSport earphones. If for whatever reason, they have technical issues (without user error) within a year, we will provide a free replacement pair.

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

Shipping

For orders within the UK, we dispatch using Royal Mail Tracked delivery. We aim for you to receive your order within 5-7 working days. Orders can take longer during Covid-19. 

Yes, we provide international shipping free of charge. International shipping generally takes 8-12 working days.

Yes, when we dispatch your order, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code that you can track on our site
